would and have done couple of times and will do again if i feel like:

give up my tools, for a whole new trade....

then maybe you could say i trade them for dreams(?) or for moments(?)... i don't know

but to be serious, I would never trade them because my trade is what makes my character, and my tools designated to work at that. i would trade them, however, if the tools were of the same work, just improved in my standards.

A retirement home, a little cabin in the mountains with enough pasture land to keep 5 horses, a chicken coop and 3 old dogs. Maybe a cow.
